Atomic Software, a software development consultancy founded in 1999 and located in Brooklyn, NY, is currently seeking an adept .NET Developer to join our growing team of talented technologists. We are looking for humans with a strong background in .NET / ASP development to partner with our client for significant upgrades and expansions to their current suite of web tools, with a focus on accessibility and security.
We are open to remote work in both the short and long term, as well as those who wish to collaborate in-person at our (updated and pandemic conscious) DUMBO headquarters. It's important to us that everyone is happy and safe with their work environment, and we can work with you to find the best path forward.
In this role, you will be expected to collaborate closely with our current development teams and our clients in building products that ask and answer complex questions, anticipating and identifying problems before they hinder progress. You should be interested in and experienced with all aspects of product development, and capable of using your analytical and technological skills to contribute to project teams immediately. You must be ready and willing to take on challenging work, eager to expand your knowledge, and available to teach what you know. We hire active participants, those that take opportunities to contribute: to projects, conversations - someone with ideas, and ideas about how to make those ideas happen.

Our ideal human has 3-5 years professional development experience, and currently possesses the following technical skill set:
Deep understanding of .NET / ASP
Java / Spring
Substantive experience with web accessibility principles
Fluency with web security issues
Extensive experience deploying and troubleshooting applications with one or more of the following cloud providers:
AWS
GCP
Azure

Your typical day will include:
