Location: New York, NY OR Remote US-Based

We are looking for a dedicated, detail oriented, energetic and seasoned Senior Engineering Manager, CI/CD to join our team at Conductor. We are building out our CI/CD team to meet the needs of our fast growing company. The successful candidate will be focused on creating the CI/CD and SRE Roadmap, being the point person for our technology teams, CI/CD Pipeline and Site Reliability Engineering.  This position reports to the VP, Infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Own and Develop the CI/CD and SRE Roadmap to Drive Build Automation, Tooling, Stability and Reliability Maturity best practices (incl, DORA metrics)
• Participate in design reviews with product management and feature teams discussions to enhance build best practices during development.
• Manage and lead a team of extremely motivated and driven Engineers
• Roll up your sleeves and provide hands on help where and when needed
• Provide career growth, mentorship and leadership to members of the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Engineering organization to educate, evangelize and Drive the CI/CD and SRE initiatives
• Regularly assess the health of the architecture and systems to proactively advocate for upgrades and improvements as needed
• Identify areas for scalability and stability optimization and improvement
• Work directly with the InfoSec team to collaborate on security initiatives and maintain certifications
• Own and/or Contribute directly to Strategic Engineering projects as needed
• Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Conductor's policies, procedures, and values.

Who You Are:

• You have 8+ years of experience working in DevOps, CI/CD, Engineering and SRE (AWS Certifications are a plus)
• 3+ years Leading CI/CD Engineering teams in SAAS and Modern Cloud Environments
• Experience working in agile environments, and you value collaboration, feedback and look to continually improve yourself and your work.
• Extensive Hands on Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Extensive Experience with modern virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Hands on Working knowledge and understanding of Cloud native CI/CD tooling, monitoring, Metrics (DORA, 4 Keys, etc)
• Experience with cloud native CI/CD and SRE Tooling and Technologies including; Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, Github, Isteo, Helm, Vault, Terraform, etc
