We are a small group of engineers, but we're growing and looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for our Platform team. We are based in NYC, but you can be located anywhere.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage our backend/operations team.
• You’ll collaborate with other engineers, product owners, designers, and business teams to identify and solve challenging problems.
• Mentor and coach the team to ensure high quality and happy engineers.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure a collaborative environment

About you

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a demonstration of working asynchronously
• You are versatile and comfortable working on different parts of the stack. You don't mind jumping into unfamiliar territory occasionally!
• You seek and prefer simple solutions to complex problems.
• You maintain a healthy balance between perfectionism and actually getting stuff done.
• You love developing software. You have 3+ years of industry experience.
• You are a strong team player, have strong writing skills, and enjoy collaborating with others.
