Engineering Team

We believe that software can be a driving force in making home ownership achievable, and we're looking to build a team of passionate and talented engineers to make that dream possible for more families. At Ribbon we place a strong emphasis on start-to-finish ownership, collaboration, and inclusivity. 

How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

  • Providing exceptional IT support to internal users across all geographical locations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing new IT projects that will provide updates and improvements for the company
  • Working with a cross functional team to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking issues for end users
  • Owning and executing device management and hardware procurement/lease/recycle programs for all IT equipment, including new hire laptops and accessories
  • Managing great relationships with third party IT providers for MDM, user management, and training etc.
  • Implementing Security Awareness (vulnerability/phishing) and Training Programs for the company, and CIS Controls into an Information Security infrastructure

Who you are:

  • You have experience with cloud platform administration including Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, AWS or other equivalent platforms
  • You have in-depth knowledge of managing Mac and Windows operating systems (Hardware and Software)
  • You have proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity
  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented and a problem solver with an action-oriented approach
  • You have the ability to collaborate and effectively communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
  • You have the flexibility to provide support for users in other timezones, in-house events, and travel to other HQ offices (New York and North Carolina) to provide onsite support to team members and office hardware 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar ITSM
