An Insider's view of CAIS

What's something quirky about your company?

There’s a niche for everyone, and if one doesn’t exist, you can make your own. I started a water themed group, Hydro Homies, and it has gotten great support – we already have 65 members! Between the custom water bottle stickers and engaging slack channel with trivia and memes, it's become a great way for people to connect in and out of the office.

What does your typical day look like?

As an Alternative Investment Product Specialist, I educate clients on new offerings, and generate new business. My day varies between traveling to meet clients and connecting with colleagues at the office. With clients, I am discussing trends in the space. At the office, I look forward to interviewing promising candidates and meeting the team.

How does the company support your career growth?

CAIS offers tremendous personal and professional development resources to employees. I’ve taken L&D courses through our learning platforms, learned new tools, and continuously felt supported by my peers across the firm. The team creates a safe and welcoming environment where all are encouraged to ask questions, learn, and share feedback.
