Senior Manager, Software Engineering

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, to join our Creative Tools organization! As a member of the organization, you will oversee the Preview and Music teams, working on growing and leading the team, developing software and services to improve the user experience for our users and internal partner teams.
What you’ll do:
Defined and execute on the roadmap
Work with partner teams to integrate their content and features to the Creative Tools ecosystem.
Work with Design and Product partners on strategizing and prioritizing the roadmap.
Evaluate the technical tradeoffs of major decisions
Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot these services
Define clear success metrics for the team
Manage and mentor a team of great people in a fast-paced, quick-to-market environment
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience working in software engineering
4+ years managing teams of software engineers
Experience with consumer products and mobile applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong user focus and experience working with data driven launch processes.
Strong experience mentoring and building teams.
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company
