We’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our DataApps team. A talented individual to help us scale our AWS & bare metal infrastructures and tooling to deliver innovative telemetry services to our customers. SREs work magic by fusing together operational discipline with a deep understanding of systems, networks, automation, and scaling. They amplify developers by working closely together to ship observable applications. SREs see the future by building well-instrumented production and staging environments that signal trouble well before any customer is affected. SREs are empowered to make any changes necessary to deliver reliable, resilient services. They will also assist fellow Software Engineers maintain best practices as well as being able to successfully drive change.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• AWS (EMR, DynamoDB, Kinesis, IAM) other cloud provider experience may be considered
• Setup CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshooting complex production systems
• Proficient with Docker and experience in containerized applications 
• Strong experience with Terraform & Ansible
• Strong operational knowledge of Linux systems, security, networking, and automation
• Experience in Bash and other scripting languages
• Ability to effectively collaborate with developers
• Extra kudos for experience with:
• Observability/Monitoring
• Kubernetes
• Performance tuning
• Domain Name System, DNS tools and protocol
• Jenkins
• RabbitMQ pipelines
• Persistent DB and caching systems

• Must have a valid EU work authorization to apply
