Say is expanding its engineering team and looking for experienced engineers to work closely with our product and operations teams on our core product offerings.

What You’ll Do:

 - Work with real-time data streams

 - Engineer for performance

 - Live in a robust codebase: TypeScript, React, Redux, + some interaction with Python/Django

 - This role is highly collaborative, your day to day will include working with Product, Design, and Engineering

Qualifications:

 - 4+ years of experience writing client-side JavaScript and React js

 - Expertise in building complex layouts with CSS and HTML

 - Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment

 - Experience with modern browser technologies

 - Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to sweat the small stuff

 - Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy

 - Self-­awareness and a desire to continually improve

 - Hold yourself to a high bar for the quality of code and quality of user experience

Bonus:

 - Experience with TypeScript

 - Prior experience working in a startup environment

 - Experience with email templating languages: MJML
