Senior Software Engineer, Web Applications

We’re looking for engineers with experience building web applications to join Team Snapchat! Working from our New York, NY office, you will help us build increasingly exciting and complex web applications targeted at our daily users, as well as our enterprise clients.
What you’ll do:
- Build consumer, enterprise, and mobile web applications
- Mentor junior engineering staff through the development process
- Partner with key product owners, customers, and Engineering leadership to identify correct priorities of development
- Influence key decisions on architecture, partnerships, and product design
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum bachelor’s of science degree in computer science or related technical field
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS best practices
- Experience with modern Javascript development (ES6+, profiling, SPA build tools, Typescript, etc.)
- Experience with at least one modern web framework (VueJS, React, Angular, Ember, etc)
- Experience with back-end web development (Java, Node, Go)
- Experience with mobile web development and hybrid app development is a plus
