We are headquartered in NYC but have a hybrid office environment with teammates all across the US.

Mulberry is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to set our customers up for success by seamlessly integrating our technology into their e-commerce store. As a Solutions Engineer at Mulberry, you will be working with a close-knit team with deep experience building financial products for e-commerce.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement custom Mulberry integration solutions based on a Partner’s business priorities and technical capabilities
  • Write integration code directly in customer e-commerce solutions such as Shopify, BigCommerce and Magento
  • Develop support material and documentation for new and existing products / features
  • Be the point of contact on the Engineering team for retailer facing questions during onboarding/integration
  • Identify gaps in technology or process and create solutions and improvements to team efficiency
  • Assist in the continued development of the Mulberry SDK
What We're Seeking
  • Ability to write front end code, but comfortable developing across the entire stack. Preferably JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python
  • Passion and interest in building financial technologies
  • BA/BS degree in business/technology, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Excellent debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to drive projects to completion
A plus if you have
  • Hands-on experience in Magento / Magento 2, Shopify and/or BigCommerce
  • Understanding of Magento architecture, code structure, and themes

The Mulberry office sits in Union Square with plenty of bars and restaurants. Plus, the office is easy to get to with various train and bus stops being close by.
