WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build data warehouse to house data from various sources, including MySQL, Postgress, and Web APIs
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to populate the data warehouse
• Deploy utility applications to Apple Cloud Infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes
• Develop CI/CD process to automate software deployment
• Develop and maintain complex Tableau dashboards, aggregating data from multiple data sources
• Support Tableau developers by writing complex SQL queries and providing easily queryable datasets in the form of Tableau extracts and database views
• Identify data requirements and work with software engineering team to build features in MES and BDMS to collect required data
• Interface with technical teams-including DBA & IT-to ensure proper functioning of all data pipelines and health of data warehouse

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ Years of relevant experience Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data structures required (MySQL & Postgres strongly preferred)
• Advanced Tableau Desktop & Tableau Prep Builder/Conductor skills required
• Solid understanding of underlying technologies of Tableau (Hyper databases, Hyper API, server extracts, prep flows, Python libraries) strongly preferred
• Linux, Python, REST API
• Comfortable working with large datasets
• Understanding of data science workflow preferred
• BS/MS in CS or CE
