WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the copies of the VMs, snapshotting/restores, networking attachments
• Help transform the systems to the cloud that will enable cost optimization, improve availability and reliability through architectural improvements, and enable further analytics and improved TTM
• The team will need to support both on-prem and post-GCP migration, and the additional resources will likely ensure that the migration stays on track

REQUIREMENTS

• BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
• VMWare experience
• Windows admin experience
• IIS Webserver
• F5 basic skills - Any load balancer
• Understanding of ssh/RDP usage
• Understanding of VPC basics; ability to troubleshoot basic * network issues. ping/tracert/etc. Linux/Windows
• Network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with any Cloud Platform and ability to learn GCP console
• Familiar with GCP compute engine( creating VMs with Service accounts, firewall rules, etc. ) and disk storage options
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Good analytical and technical aptitude
• Full time onshore or should able to work from offshore until ~ 2 PM PST
