We are looking for a Site Reliability Manager to join our rapidly growing FinTech company. This role will be reporting directly to the SVP of Engineering and you will lead a team of talented SRE’s. This includes providing architectural guidance, mentoring other engineers, evaluating new technologies and industry changes, and defining and leading company best practices. This will also include interfacing with other leading technology companies and universities in the future of the blockchain industry.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of SRE’s on projects for users and be directly responsible for uptime.
• Ensure reliable and secure production and pre-production environments
• Maintain and improve efficiency by driving down infrastructure costs
• Improve system monitoring and alarming
• Improve developer velocity through build pipeline optimizations
• You'll work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Security and Operations business units 

What you need to have:

• People management experience, including hiring and developing engineering talent
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and (sometimes) ambiguous environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
• AWS Certification or equivalent knowledge about AWS infrastructure
• System administration experience for Linux and Windows systems
• Kubernetes experience
• Amazing troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, etc.)
• Logging (Splunk), and CDN (AWS and Akamai) experience
• Networking and routing expertise
