Job Description

Are you passionate about technology?  Do you want to play a key role in redefining the future of cancer care?  

 

Join MSK’s Software Engineering team as we meet the challenge of fighting cancer in the modern era.  We will define a new model of care using software.  You will join one of the work homes (Ecosystems, Clinical & Logistics Platform, Service Platform and Health Consumer Platform) for the rest of 2020.  Your work assignment will adjust periodically depending on Train capacity and deliverables.  

 

You are a highly skilled developer/admin and can own and manage the technical health of our integrated CMS platform that will integrate with a Customer Data Platform (CDP), recommendation and analytics engine. You can  

 

What you'll do:  

  • Architect our integrated CMS platform and manage the health of the overall system 
  • Design and develop end user software applications.  You’ll develop applications on Sitecore XP and can deliver custom functionality   
  • Collaborate in an agile team with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Architects, other Development Teams, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Users. 
  • Design and structure Information Architecture, Taxonomy, Content Metadata tagging to serve up relevant and impactful content to our health consumers by tying in CDP and recommendation AI engine

Who you are:  

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Javascript.  
  • Expertise within one of the following Javascript frameworks (Angular JS, React or VueJS.)  
  • Proficiency with server side languages .Net or .Net Core. 
  • SiteCore XP experience, both as an administrator and developer 
  • Experience using Docker, Kubernetes or similar container technologies and setting up CI/CD pipelines is a plus. 
  • Experiece and familiarity with Cloud Architecture (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
