About the team

We are a small, yet highly effective engineering team made up of team members who truly care about the product and each other.

  • We value “culture add” over “culture fit”
  • We have product managers, but everyone is expected to contribute their own ideas and understand the business

  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Experience working closely with Designers and PMs on feature delivery
  • Comfortable working as part of a remote and distributed team
  • Experience or an interest in microservices and cloud native architectures

  • Experience with XP practices (TDD, CI/CD, pair programming)
  • Desire to explore XP, Agile, LeanStartup and demonstrate these approaches to guide your engineering practice
  • Desire to build solutions to real problems, ship MVPs and get quick customer feedback
  • Dream to automate everything
  • Have your own opinion and desire to engage in healthy debate. An equal eagerness to learn from others
  • Believe we are never done learning or growing ourselves or our products
  • Experience or an interest in learning Go, Docker, Kubernetes and other technologies in the cloud native space
  • Not a precise fit? Apply anyway! Don't self select out. We want people who will be excited about this position
