We are searching for a disciplined, motivated front-end engineer. You'll join our tight-knit, agile team based in Chelsea, New York, where we enjoy our diverse neighborhood, exceptional coffee, down-to-earth atmosphere, and healthy work/life ethos. What you'll do:

• Build, improve, and maintain the Vimeo Live React/Redux application.
• Use emergent web technologies to create interactive live video experiences for our customers and their audience.
• Hold your code to a standard of excellence. Measure success. Peer review often. Deploy fearlessly.
• Work with our product, design, QA, and other development teams to drive projects from inception to completion
• Grow both technically and professionally in an awesome environment with tons of development opportunities to learn and do more

 What we're expecting:

• 3+ years experience programming in a professional environment.
• Mastery of Javascript, the surrounding ecosystem, and the fundamental concepts underlying the modern web, from browsers, build tools, and package managers, to REST APIs, HTTP, cookies, and caching.
• High standards for code quality. Experience writing well-tested and maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills
