The Role:

You’ll work on our employee team, designing, creating and updating the REST and GraphQL APIs that provide interfaces for the frontend and ultimately power delightful user experiences for our partners' employees.

How You Will Make an Impact:

You’ll work alongside team members to deliver a high quality product, experimenting, learning, and adjusting as you go.  You’ll be responsible for:

• Building robust, secure, performant and intuitive API features and capabilities.
• Refining code, so it is optimized for scalability, maintainability, and availability.
• Solving problems that are called out to the team.
• Collaborating with the team and internal partners on refinement of stories and tasks.

What You Bring to the Team

• One year developing, maintaining, testing and scaling web applications in an MVC framework or like framework.
• Experience with programming languages such as Go, Python, Javascript, Java or similar (Preferred: Ruby and/or GraphQL). 
• A critical eye, a curious nature and a voracious appetite to learn.
  
• An interest in design, crafting high quality developer experiences and readable code.
