So what does a Software Engineer do at REZI? 

• Develop highly scalable systems using a variety of tools and languages, including Java, MySQL, R and Python, and multiple open-source technologies 
• Participate and own multiple aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment
• Own architectural improvements to enable scalability of REZI platforms and services
• Automate multi-faceted technical systems using a plethora of AWS services
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code with strong focus on reusable design patterns and paradigms
• Perform peer code reviews
• Leverage & learn (and contribute) from Apache, Eclipse, Linux open source foundations as well as time-proven and robust libraries from Google, Netflix et al

What qualifications do you need to see from my previous experience?

• 5 years of full-time professional software development experience
• Java (8 and above) and experience with R and Python
• Knowledge of AWS Services including but not limited to EC2, RDS, S3
• Experience with Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 & one or more front-end frameworks
• Knows relational databases and understand the balance between normalization & denormalization and use them to solve practical problems
• Developed secure, authenticated and role-based REST API(s) across multiple platforms and computing environments
