As a solutions architect, you are responsible for engaging directly with our customers to assess and design the technical rollout and launch plan for Celonis. You are a key member of the Delivery team with a technical background and competencies in integration, solution architecture and security.

You will conduct detailed technical discovery workshops to understand customer’s technical needs and security requirements and translate them to a Celonis solution built for scale and flexibility. This will include details on the workspaces, user management, authentication, integrations, and settings & permissions required to ensure there are no technical barriers to user adoption of Celonis.

Responsibilities:

• Design and communicate technical architecture solutions, based on customer requirements and data volumes, in order to ensure a successful Celonis deployment
• Assist customers in setting up their Celonis cloud and on-prem environments
• Perform sizing of customer’s on-premise application and database servers, wherever needed
• Assist customers in establishing connections between their on-prem source systems and the Celonis cloud environments
• Participate in security assessments and complete security questionnaires required for implementations
• Address technical tickets from customers and partners and engage in necessary troubleshooting sessions
• Elicit feedback from customers regarding Celonis features and engage product management team for developing strategic solutions
• Demonstrate product and technical leadership on Celonis engagements with customers, partners, and prospects
• Maintain expert knowledge on the Celonis platform by drafting documentation on technical procedures and processes

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a solutions architect, technical consultant, solutions engineer or IT infrastructure engineer
• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions and leading technical projects for enterprise cloud-based SaaS solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to formulate and communicate highly technical and complex architecture landscapes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the Celonis integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, SSH
• Proficiency in working with relational databases such as HANA and MSSQL
• Knowledge of industry-standard ETL solutions such as SSIS, SLT and SDI
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
