As a Solutions Consultant at mParticle, you will have the opportunity to define the data strategy and architecture for the world's largest disruptive brands (e.g. Spotify, NBC Universal, Walmart, Venmo, McDonald's Drybar, Starbucks, Airbnb. Postmates) You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients are successfully onboarded to the mParticle platform and getting the most value from our solutions.

Your work will be meaningful and have a strong impact on mParticle and our clients’ success. You will have a high degree of freedom in your work, with support from the entire mParticle team. You will interact with some of the best minds in the data technology and marketing space and have the opportunity to partner with cutting edge platforms across the analytics, attribution, marketing automation, and social media domains.

What you'll do:

• Lead complex business/technical integrations between mParticle clients’ apps and systems with mParticle SDKs and platform
• Manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. This includes developing project schedules, managing issues/risks and driving on-time execution with cross- functional team members and stakeholders.
• Lead in-person & remote technical implementation workshops with customer's product, marketing and engineering teams on mParticle's technical capabilities & integration best practices.
• Serve as the customers' trusted technical advisors by providing technical expertise on the mParticle platform.
• Investigate and troubleshoot implementation issues and bugs.
• Collaborate across mParticle product, engineering, sales, and client services functions in orchestrating solutions to customer needs.
• Train clients on how to use the mParticle platform.
• Travel approximately 25%.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 4 year undergraduate degree.
• 8+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in technical and/or operational client facing technology solutions implementation or technology consulting roles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of various digital marketing tools: analytics, attribution, ad serving, DMPs, push, social media.
• General knowledge of data driven marketing practices: audiences, retargeting, exclusions etc.
• Mobile marketing and technology experience is a huge plus particularly deploying and supporting mobile SDKs and performing and supporting customer data integrations.
