As a part of the Spruce Solutions and Integrations team, you will help our clients connect to our cutting edge platform that will define the future of real estate transactions. In this role, your strong skills in and knowledge of APIs, platform-as-a-service systems, and integration techniques will be put to the test while you help our clients maximize the utility of our products and systems, and engineer a transparent, fast transaction process that improves access to the largest source of capital most of us will ever have - real estate. 

We are seeking talented solutions engineers to join us, reporting to the Solutions Engineering Manager. Solutions Engineers on our team play a critical role in connecting interfaces, data, workflows, and infrastructure, as well as contributing to our team culture. As one of our colleagues, you'll bring your communication skills and unique background to help make ours a diverse, fun, caring and productive team.

What you'll do

• Deliver working API integrations, workflows and solutions
• Help our clients connect to our platform through REST APIs and custom integrations, leveraging MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Analyze the customers’ systems and workflows relative to Spruce’s existing technology, to design solutions that satisfy their needs and support our mission
• Don’t reinvent the wheel, leverage existing artifacts, workflows, and APIs that may already be available, and take advantage of third party products, platforms, and vendors when needed
• Continue improving our integrations, APIs, and documentation. Drive towards self-service, auto-provisioning, and automation

What we're looking for

• You build high quality, working, integrations
• You have previous experience with an iPaaS solution - examples Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Celigo, Workato, TIBCO, etc
• You are successful at collaborating effectively with multiple levels of external parties
• You are able to build trust and rapport with clients while accurately gathering requirements, delivering solutions, and ensure client needs are aligned with Spruce objectives
• You have a thorough understanding of APIs, protocols, data and workflow integrations, as well as documenting and maintaining APIs.
• You are knowledgeable of cloud technologies (i.e. General AWS, Azure, or GCP experience)
• You thrive in a fast-paced early stage startup environment

Compensation

• The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $135,000 - $160,000. Stock options are typically a part of the total compensation package determined on a role-by-role basis. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience.
