About the role

We're on the search for a Network Engineer to join our Global Operations team and perform network engineering for our clients: national first responders systems (911) and governmental sectors worldwide. In this role, you will be a part of the integration and implementation process for our innovative public safety products in a variety of deployment schemes, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service 24/7. This is a remote role, which means you can work remotely from anywhere in the USA.


  • At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Engineer or equivalent, within critical-service industries (i.e. with high SLAs)
  • Experience with AWS VPC, Transit Gateway and Direct Connect
  • Experience in planning, designing, implementing and operating an Enterprise IT network environment and data centers network (LLD)
  • Hands-on configuration and operational knowledge of Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco switches, and routers, etc.
  • Experience in building and designing rack/cabinet/cage construction
  • Experience with WAN, LAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPv4 / v6, etc
  • The ability to perform production system and home system upgrades and carry out debug sessions independently to a mission-critical live system
  • Outstanding analytical thinker and problem solver, comfortable working in data analytics and able to resolve complex problems independently.
  • Ability to work in a high activity/fast-paced environment with the ability to handle ambiguity, juggle many tasks at once, and quickly shift from one situation or task to another
  • Ability to travel when necessary
  • Ability to document, diagram and present information, with experience in Visio/Draw.io

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience working with the public safety customers
  • Experience with Esinet 
  • AWS solution architect certification 
  • SD-WAN planning, design, implementation and operations experience
  • Cisco, AWS, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and VMware certifications
  • AudioCodes Mediant Gateway certification (M2K, T1, CAMA, SIP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of and experience in network monitoring and optimization tools
  • Ability to generate and maintain deployment procedures, best practices, and guidance
  • Knowledge in SIP including VoIP technologies
