ChartIQ is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to join our Client Success team. Our products are technical, so our customers are actually software developers and assemblers (yay!!). You'll work with our solutions architects, both before and after a sale, to ensure that our customers’ projects are a resounding success.

Finsemble is an integration platform that allows applications, be they modern or legacy, in-house or third-party, to come together as a whole, interacting with one another in a unified workspace. This allows people to create new types of workflows between applications that were previously not possible. It is written in JavaScript and HTML5 and leverages the Electron framework.

Our Solution Engineers are an integral interface between the outside world and our engineering team. You will help our solutions architects to build and maintain our demos, prepare proofs of concept for clients, and collaborate with our core development team to maintain and enhance our product.

You’ll meet with clients on site, as well as network with engineers and members of the fintech community. Successful candidates have strong programming skills, are tenacious bug hunters, write clean code, and have a bona fide desire to help other developers be successful.

Experience:

• Software development: 4 years (Required)

• Javascript: 2 years (Required)

Desirable:

• Electron

• React

• Webpack, Gulp and other common tooling

• .Net / WPF

• Java

• Software development in the Financial services industry
