DriveWealth is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the product offerings of our rapidly growing B2B global Partner network. Our Partner Solutions Group works across all areas of DriveWealth to enable our Partners to integrate and launch their amazing applications through DriveWealth’s cutting edge investment infrastructure. It does not end there. Hand in glove after our Partner’s commercial launch, we are the strategic coverage team to understand our Partner’s goals and to drive our Partner’s success within DriveWealth. The ideal candidate will have technical and business skills for a Fintech or Brokerage business coupled with account management experience and an understanding of technology SAAS platforms and business models.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the entire post sales Partner solutions process. This includes integration, commercial launch and ongoing growth of the Partner’s products
  • Design a well thought out Partner Integration framework to understand the Partner’s desired outcome and ensure the Partner achieves commercial success
  • Laser focused on a Partner setting out and meeting commercial launch product goals and target dates
  • Partner’s ongoing strategic roadmap is clearly understood and knows through your actions you are the central point person
  • Develop and propose new use cases for the Partner, helping them to deepen and expand their adoption of DriveWealth’s products
  • Maximize and balance resources. Work closely across the DriveWealth team to oversee all aspects of a Partner’s strategic goals
  • Develop and be accountable for Key Performance Indicators to measure Partner success
  • Position is Jersey City and Chatham NJ based and requires periodic travel to manage Partner relationships

Requirements

  • Have several years of direct client management experience ideally in a Customer Solutions, Account Management, or Sales role at a Fintech or a financial services infrastructure company
  • Entrepreneurial spirt and team-player who has a proven track record of excelling in fast-growing environments
  • Roll up your sleeves proactive problem solver who excels at project and relationship management across the complexities and needs of Partners across geography, industry, size and lifecycle
  • You have a passion for building trust and communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders; C-Suite, senior executives, business owners, and developers
  • Natural relationship builder to grow a Partner’s lifetime value
  • Comfortable talking about technology, both from a product feature and API perspective
  • Experience with equities trading, clearing, settlement and money movement

 

Other Skills

  • Knowledge of REST, JSON or similar
  • Understanding of CRM and project management software including Salesforce and JIRA
  • Prior experience at a Fintech or financial services firm (B2C or B2B)
