Addepar engineering builds portfolio analysis and reporting applications that provide coverage for over a trillion dollars in assets. We design versatile user interfaces to empower wealth managers to ask nuanced questions about their clients' holdings in real time. 

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead and mentor our  Production Engineering Team.  This team is responsible for the provisioning and management of our product infrastructure.  As part of their responsibilities, this role will be responsible for standing up a Level 1 support and operations team to complement the existing infrastructure implementation team under their management, ensuring that we can maintain on-call coverage across our customer time zones with commensurate support and escalation.  In addition, they will work closely with our Information Security and QA teams to ensure smooth and secure software deployment processes and tools are in place.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience managing distributed technical teams
• Experience in building distributed support teams
• A proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing individual contributors
• Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Organization, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non technical teams.
• Experience managing international teams a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Computer Science or Engineering related education preferred
