Job Description:

Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects including triage, requirements analysis, planning, design, project management, build, testing, deployment, documentation, support, and necessary handover transitions of custom solutions for clients across The Trade Desks spectrum of Enterprise services. Manage complex integration software projects and communicate advanced engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders within internal business teams, as well as clients. Understand client's needs to build trust and confidence with clients, and translate technical concepts to business value, and influence non-technical stakeholders. Provide timely, professional technical customer service while making sure the projects stay on track. Manage long-term integrations and create timelines, keeping all stakeholders up to date while independently driving the process forward. Document client's software projects and keep the team up to date on the status by documenting the progress. Interact with clients, business, engineering, and other internal teams, to manage project communications and stakeholder expectations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and seven (7) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: developing software in Python and Java programming languages; developing web applications and microservices using REST APIs and other external-facing interfaces. Must have two (2) years of experience with: creating scalable web-based solutions using cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure; managing and delivering software projects using Agile methodology; JIRA or other bug tracking software tools; Git, SVN, or other software version control tools; and direct client contact to gather client needs, establish the scope of work and strategize and deliver on software solutions. Must have one (1) year of experience developing small-to-medium scale user interface (UI) applications using front-end technologies such as React, CSS, AJAX, and JQuery. Travel required 10% of the time.
