Conductor is growing our Engineering Team and we are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer - CICD - Test Strategy/ Site Reliability with a focus on testing, tools, site reliability, metrics and infrastructure. From the CEO down, Conductor is committed to making quality an integral part of its company brand. The CICD team is responsible for pushing our testing, continuous integration, delivery, and deployment solutions to the next level and needs your help to bring in fresh ideas and perspectives. The successful candidate will help us evolve and improve our holistic testing strategy, SRE practices and also collaborate with teams to design the architecture that powers individual features in our Enterprise SaaS application

What You'll Do

• Ensure that our solutions are designed and implemented to address relevant architectural concerns (e.g. extensibility, maintainability, scalability, reliability, etc.)
• Regularly assess the health of architecture and systems. Advocate for upgrades, maintenance, and improvements. Help to communicate the value of that work to non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute code and tests to team projects as needed, and occasionally take on solo projects to lay foundations for better Testing and SRE architecture
• Build consensus and buy-in for our technical strategy across the department
• Ensure quality, availability, reliability and performance of massive scale data processing SaaS environment
• Collaborate on the Testing and SRE Roadmap to Drive Build Automation, Tooling, Stability and Reliability Maturity best practices (incl, DORA metrics, Automated Testing, MLOps/AIOps, SecOps)
• Participate in design reviews with product management and feature teams discussions to enhance build best practices during development.
• Be part of a team of extremely motivated and driven Engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Engineering organization to educate, evangelize and Drive the CI/CD Testing Automation and SRE initiatives
• Identify areas for scalability and stability optimization and improvement
• Collaborate with the InfoSec team on security initiatives and maintain certifications
• Contribute directly to Strategic Engineering projects as needed
• Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Conductor's policies, procedures, and values.

Who You Are:

• You have 8+ years of experience working in DevOps, CI/CD, Engineering, Test Automation and SRE (AWS Certifications are a plus) in SAAS and Modern Cloud Environments
• Experience working in agile environments, and you value collaboration, feedback and look to continually improve yourself and your work.
• Extensive Hands on Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Extensive Experience with modern virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Cloud native monitoring, Metrics (DORA, 4 Keys, etc), SRE best practices
• Experience with cloud native CI/CD and SRE Tooling and Technologies including; Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, Github, Isteo, Helm, Vault, Terraform, etc.
