MISSION

We’re looking for our first IT Manager to start building out our internal technology infrastructure. We need someone who is looking to put their talents to the test and build a network infrastructure from the ground up. You will also be on the front lines providing help desk support to all of our employees. Please note, this is a hybrid role: 3 days on-site (Piscataway, NJ) and 2 days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You’ll be our first IT Manager so building out our foundation carefully will be crucial to SwagUp’s success; Plan for and address network and computing infrastructure needs
• Manage and maintain desktop operating systems including deployments of applications and updates
• Provide level 1-3 helpdesk support; resolving tickets and troubleshoot with our employees
• Keep us secure, always making sure data breaches never happen
• Setup and manage enterprise backup for all servers
• Manage user accounts, permissions and email

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 Years of experience as a IT Manager supporting a company’s tech infrastructure, including device management, data security, software oversight, etc.
• Mac OS experience is a must (95% of our employees are on Mac’s, only a handful on PC’s)
• Startup experience is preferred
• Previous experience with a range of systems including ERP/PSA, HR and data warehousing and reporting is key
• Excellent customer service skills and able to explain issues to non-tech savvy individuals
