The Role:

We are looking for a Tech Evangelist to work with customers, prospects, and the developer community as a whole to increase brand awareness and adoption of NS1.

This position will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing and work cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities may include:

• Foster a community of developers and DevOps engineers passionate about bleeding edge technology and the advancement of DNS
• Champion for NS1 in person by presenting at conferences, meetups, industry events, and online workshop/webinars
• Provide feedback on products and features to marketing, product, engineering, and other internal teams.
• Contribute technical expertise to help create digital and event content (blogging, technical tutorials, explainer videos, etc.)
• Work with marketing team to ensure content is technically accurate
• Stay on top of emerging trends in the market and ecosystem, surfacing news and opportunities

Your Skills:

• BA/BS or relevant work experience
• Real-world experience as a technical practitioner (e.g. developer, SRE, DevOps Engineer, IT Operations Engineer, Sale Engineering, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of DNS and DevOps technologies
• Flexibility to proactively take on assignments and responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Haves:

• Prior experience working as a developer/tech advocate or evangelist
• Project management skills to move content efficiently from ideation to production
• Ability to work cross functionally, across multiple groups and technical levels
• Demonstrated experience writing technical and solutions focused content
• Relevant experience presenting at technology conferences, blogging, or writing technical articles
• Passion for being active in the developer community through conferences, events, and online communities
