Responsibilities:
- Understand how to recruit both active and passive candidates
- Ability to handle high volume work load
- Assist with all college and university recruiting efforts
- Offer creative solutions to recruiting obstacles and process change
- Possess strong ability to identify, source, screen, interview and prepare and ideal candidate slate within and appropriate and consistent timeline
- Develop and execute against recruiting strategies that are designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools (direct sourcing, diversity initiatives, social media etc…)
- Assure compliance with legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical lateral recruiting, within a fast paced environment required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing stakeholders (internal or external) and managing candidates through the recruiting process
- Ability to excel in a fast paced and extremely professional environment
- Excellent sourcing, selection, negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential processes and documents
- Strong networking and referral building skills
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices and procedures
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and team building skills
- Experience with a variety of recruiting information/applicant tracking systems (iCIMS highly preferred)
- Ability to multi-task timely
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Corporate Recruiting and/or Financial Services industry experience preferred
