What You'll Be Doing

• Providing direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
• Participating on client meetings to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations and/or provide project implementation updates
• Estimating resource requirements and budgets for client implementations, coordination with product and client delivery teams on deliverables 
• Project scheduling, allocations and resource management for product development and client implementations.
• Ensuring teams follow the standard operating procedures, project guidelines, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
• Conducting/Participating on daily scrum meetings for product development and client implementations
• Delivering a Provider Portal to multiple clients
• Working closely with product management and client delivery teams to ensure amazing products are built and client satisfaction is achieved.
• Participating in product leadership meetings to discuss strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development management experience
• 4+ years of working within the health insurance industry
• Strong understanding of the Provider Portal, prior experience building Provider Portals
• Preferred experience managing Python/Django or Angular teams
• Experience developing and managing REST and SOAP web services
• Experience in working with AWS cloud components and infrastructure
• Experience working with Agile development methodology
• Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques
• Exceptional communication skills
