The Role:

As a Technical Solution Architect you will be a member of Newsela’s Sales team. You will build relationships with districts across the country, each with distinct technical and instructional needs. Working closely with our field sales team, you will apply your technical expertise and consultative skills to architect integration solutions that wow school districts, and result in meaningful product engagement for teachers and students.

Why We’ll Love You:  

You are a creative, methodical problem solver with 5+ years experience working in a customer solutions architect capacity (bonus points if you have experience in EdTech). You have exceptional communication skills and are adept at identifying true needs, and designing solutions that are mutually beneficial. You have a thorough understanding of the leading industry interoperability standards (specifically SSO, Rostering and LMS platforms), and have a natural curiosity to explore unique ways of applying these standards to problems. You thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, and are able to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines. You delight in finding creative solutions to tricky problems, and have a knack for creating clear internal and external documentation outlining your solutions.
