UR - Engineering New Grads
Inside and out of the classroom, learning never stops. As University students at Asana, whether interns or new graduates, we grow quickly by taking on responsibility and making an impact on core projects. We’re students from across the world, from many different backgrounds, who have all come to Asana to continue our learning journeys.
We are looking for a New Graduate Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. As a new member of our team, you’ll impact the product through projects as diverse as building and designing new data models, implementing the subtle interaction behaviors that delight, architecting performant systems for data storage and building the testing infrastructure that makes sure that software keeps running. Each role at Asana is uniquely crafted and constantly evolving, especially for our new graduate engineers. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to craft your career path, ultimately finding the teams and projects where you can most help humanity thrive. Regardless of the team you become a part of, your official title will be “Asana,” and you’ll gain the knowledge, tools, and mentorship to reach your full potential. Beyond the interesting technical challenges we face each day, we encourage every member of our "big family" to lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Our goal is to support you as a human being, not just an engineer.
Requirements
- Constant desire to learn and improve
- Strong background in computer science
- Kindness and maturity
- Sound judgment for balancing between scrappiness and long-term code maintainability
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
Does the above sound like it might be you? Then we’d love to hear from you. Our goal is to provide a hiring and working experience in which all people feel they are equally respected and valued. So whatever it is that makes you unique—your gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, citizenship, educational background, socioeconomic status—we value it, and we’d love to see what you might add to our team.
