About the role

We are a dynamic group of marketers looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will make design and technical decisions to optimize our website, including wireframing and coding new pages and partnering with our Digital Marketing function to drive inbound traffic, and improve the company’s organic search rankings. The candidate collaborates closely with digital, brand design, content, demand and product marketing team members, and our product design and engineering teams for brand and technical continuity. 

Responsibilities

  • Take a key role in the creation of the new company website
  • Document website strategy, policies and processes and communicate with relevant stakeholders
  • Evaluate technologies and strategies together with Digital Marketing lead, and execute to support increasing brand/product awareness, further engage website visitors and increase website lead conversion
  • Work with the content and design team to define and optimize the user experience, and work collaboratively to champion user experience best practices.
  • Ensure web pages/assets adhere to the company’s web design/style guidelines and standards
  • Monitor, measure, recommend and implement website changes to support conversion optimization goals
  • Work to develop and launch website projects, landing pages, enhancements and day-to-day web operations
  • Align to digital strategy and assist overall team to execute digital road map

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable understanding of all aspects of web strategy, including but not limited to information architecture, user experience, web design, content strategy, search, conversion optimization, analytics and development.
  • Strong, results-driven, focused, professional team player who can communicate, collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with web/social analytics, personalization, A/B testing and marketing automation (integration) tools/platforms.
  • Professional, friendly, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage time well.
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
  • Attention to detail, responsible, reliable, and successful with minimum supervision under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Marketo, salesforce and analytic platforms (Google Analytics, etc). Knowledge of multi-touch attribution and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with CMS Software (Wordpress + some HTML), CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, landing Page creation, SEO/SEM campaigns, A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing, organic marketing, including website optimization, paid marketing, including Google AdWords (Search, retargeting, and Display) and Paid Social (LinkedIn and Twitter). Experience implementing and managing Bizible - a plus. B2B marketing experience preferential.
  • Excellent project management skills. Experience managing vendors and contractors. Ability to understand complex technology and translate it into a consumable marketing messaging. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and work in a self-directed manner.
  • Interest in language, culture, and global content.
