About The Role

Arthur is seeking an Account Executive to bring industry-leading AI monitoring and performance to market to make AI work for everyone by putting our monitoring and transparency technology in the hands of leading enterprise executives and teams.

What you'll do

  • Own the complete sales cycle at Arthur, from initial contact to closing
  • Work with the team to identify and build a robust pipeline of targeted ICPs
  • Expand customer accounts from proof-of-concept to annual contracts
  • Engage directly with C-suite and VP-level engineering and business leaders to emphasize the value of Arthur's products
  • Help install metrics, measurement, and documentation best practices for the Sales team
  • Continuously develop solid relationships with industry thought leaders and advocates
Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years SaaS enterprise sales experience as an account executive or similar, with a focus on complex technical products
  • Stellar negotiating and closing ability, with a clear track record of meeting/exceeding quota and generating ARR
  • Experience and ability to effectively prospect and initiate cold contact
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to evolving requirements in a startup environment
  • An eagerness to proactively learn and research, with a focus on providing value to potential customers
  • Ability to bounce back from challenges, with a readiness to re-assess and rebuild paths to success
  • A low-ego, get-things-done attitude that embraces collaboration and curiosity and strives for outcomes

You might also have (nice to have)

  • Experience successfully selling complex AI, MLOps, or Data products
  • Experience successfully selling on-prem infrastructure products
