ClassPass is seeking an experienced, personable and sharp individual to provide personal and professional support to two senior executive at ClassPass.

This is a full-time role is based in our New York office.

ABOUT YOU:

You’re a whiz in Google Calendar and can rearrange schedules to accommodate any change thrown at you. Booking travel is a breeze because you know exactly what your executive likes and dislikes. Being organized is a given, but beyond that, you bring impeccable communication skills, professional presence, and an uncanny ability to work well with all personality types. And best of all, you are cool, calm, and collected at all times - no one can ever tell when you’re juggling the impossible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the two executives on all administrative needs
  • Manage calendars on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including both personal and professional meetings and appointments
  • Manage all domestic and international travel needs, including booking flights and accommodations and filing expense reports
  • Provide informative yet succinct prep documents for external meetings and speaking engagements
  • Be a “need-filler” - anticipate what is required to make sure the executives are productive and on schedule
  • Keep the executives abreast of schedule changes, events and information
  • Take on ad hoc projects as needed to assist other departments throughout the company

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of full-time executive assistant support; experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously a strong plus
  • Proficiency with Google Apps in a corporate setting (Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheets)
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness - acts with the utmost discretion when dealing with sensitive company and/or personal information
  • Experience interfacing with and juggling the demands of employees, investors, board members, clients, and friends/family
  • Demonstrated willingness to work when needed; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Quick and agile learner - masters new systems, manages simultaneous workflows, and adapts to changes on-the-go
  • Strong ability to make sound, independent decisions and shows initiative to accomplish tasks at hand
