As an Executive Director, Sales & Operations within Chase Media Solutions, you will be a strategic leader who oversees the alignment of advertising and sales efforts with business goals, focusing on planning, execution, and performance optimization. This role bridges the gap between sales, advertising operations, marketing, and product to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively, to drive revenue and meet sales targets.

Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and other departments to align advertising and sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the planning, testing, scheduling, and delivery of advertising campaigns and the day-to-day execution of sales operations. This includes managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring efficient processes.
- Leverage data from existing campaigns and market trends to improve strategies, performance, and profitability. This involves analyzing metrics, identifying opportunities, and informing future decisions.
- Manage, train, and mentor the sales and advertising operations teams, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 15+ years of experience in media, advertising or agency leadership.
- 10+ years of sales management experience.
- Deep relationships within the advertising ecosystem and a track record of navigating complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of campaign delivery technologies, ad operations tools, and CRM software.
- Forward-thinking mindset and the ability to drive strategic recommendations across the organization.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required to manage teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
