About the team & opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist reporting to our Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing.
The role is a great opportunity for someone excited to support in executing unique field marketing programs, managing large-scale conferences and tradeshows, and increasing Ontra's brand awareness within the legal technology SaaS space. You'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enable high-quality interactions with customers and maximize event-based ROI.

What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate company events (e.g., Industry trade shows, hosted field events, and partner events) to empower our Sales & Customer Success teams in the field by creating net new sales opportunities, accelerating existing opportunities, and deepening customer relationships
- Support event marketing plans, including pre-event promotion, event execution, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.
- Analyze and report on the performance of field marketing programs and their impact on target accounts, including engagement and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team on flawless event management, including venue selection, contract negotiation, speaker management, invitees, logistics, AV & set up, registration, email blasts, swag requests, etc.
What you'll bring
- Experience: 1+ year in Field Marketing, Events, Demand Generation, Marketing, or Sales; or 1+ year of event-specific experience preferably in-house B2B marketing, experience with global teams is a plus
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders and prospects
- Collaboration: Expertise developing deep partnership between Sales and Marketing to promote continuous cross-functional collaboration and exceptional internal alignment
- Prioritization skills: Hands-on ability to coordinate while managing multiple priorities with strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Acute attention-to-detail: Exceptional attention-to-detail and ability to anticipate the needs of cross-functional partners
- Marketing tools experience: Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pardot as well as proficiency using other office productivity applications and tools (e.g., Google suite, Slack, Asana). Experience with Lead Liason/Captello and Goldcast a plus
Pay transparency
Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

$67,000 - $94,000 USD
