We’re looking for a hard-working, motivated individual to join our growing Finance Team! As the Accounting Manager, you will work directly with the VP of Finance to support the accounting processes in the Company. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast growing SAAS Company and to acquire a wide variety of new skills and knowledge.
You will take ownership of:

• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Accounts Payable and Account Receivable process
• Employee Expense accounts

You will assist with:

Preparation of month-end schedulesGeneral BookkeepingMonth-end financial closing process

• Financial reporting
• Budgets and Forecasts
• ROI metrics

Various projects on an ad-hoc basis

Skills and Qualifications

Experience and aptitude in bookkeepingProficiency in ExcelBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalentAttention to detail and process, thoroughness, and sensitivity to confidentiality and true Multi-tasker.

Software includes QBO, SAAS Optics, Expensify and Bill.com. Compstak is also in process of implementing Adaptive Insights FP&A software. Experience with any of this software is preferred but not required, full training will be given.
