Group Nine Media is looking to hire a temp to perm Accounts Payable Clerk. This person will be responsible for monitoring the Accounts Payable mailbox, dispersing invoices for approval and communicating with vendors. This person will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and will be responsible for supporting all businesses under the Group Nine umbrella.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice document support: receive, categorize, and distribute all incoming invoices and queries to ensure timely processing
• Responsible for incoming AP emails
• Respond to vendor inquiries and perform research to resolve any discrepancies
• Develop reports to track open/closed responses and follow-up on open items
• Payment assembly and organization: assist with assembling checks and ACH payments for processing, organize for filing, and maintain records of past payments
• Assist with credit card reconciliations
• General document support: scanning and filing
• Assist with travel & expense auditing

Qualifications:

• Requires an Associate's degree in Accounting, and/or equivalent in education and experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Zendesk or similar system
• Experience with Netsuite or similar system
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Organized, detail-oriented, good time management skills and able to balance multiple priorities effectively
• Must work well in a team environment
