We are looking for an Analyst, Strategy & Markets to join our Business & Strategy team in NYC to assist our team with ongoing and new Strategy and M&A projects. If you have a passion for fintech and are excited about developing innovative go-to-market strategies, evaluating potential acquisition targets, and partnering with cross-functional teams, Stash is looking for you! 

What you'll do:

• Perform market, competitor and customer analysis of financial services verticals to make recommendations for product and market expansions
• Assist Strategy & Markets team on current and future product implementation, scaling, and commercialization
• Work cross-departmentally with the Product and Marketing teams to increase product awareness, improve client personalization, drive cross-sell, and improve client lifetime value
• Perform data and quantitative analysis to improve overall and business-line specific performance

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy, preferably with a focus in financial services or consumer technology 
• B.S. in Economics, Business, Finance or other relevant subject from a top university
• Top notch Excel modeling and Powerpoint capabilities 
• Familiarity with SQL and managing large data sets a plus
• Familiarity with customer surveys and interviews a plus
• Self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
• Interest in fintech, startups, or high growth organizations
