Primary Purpose: Coach’s Global Merchandising Team is responsible for creating and executing merchandising strategies and forecasting processes to maximize company financial objectives. The Merchandise Assistant will support the wallets and small leather goods team for all merchandising initiatives.

- Run weekly sales analysis, organize and distribute reports, and participate in sales meetings
- Create and run specialized reporting as necessary
- Assist style set up process- input style, color, costing, and attribute information into line planning systems (ECVision, VAT)
- Manage samples. Maintain lending log and coordinate sample set up for meetings
- Assist in Quarterly Presentation prep work. Put together style boards, line packets, and other information as necessary
- Create Product Knowledge sheets and communicate product information to other departments. Input “Tools of the Trade” information
- Assist in maintaining Product Change Log and Working Line Plan
- Participate in competitive analysis and identify market trends
- Manage special projects and assist the Manager and Associate Managers
- Partner with cross functional team (Product Development, Design, VM, and Planning) efficiently during the product lifecycle process
- Adhere to product lifecycle calendar deadlines

- B.A. or B.S. required
- 0-2 years of experience required with a strong interest/background in Merchandising
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task
