The Associate Director, Finance Operations will assist the Sr. Director, Finance in building out and maintaining functions such as Credit, Treasury, Tax. The role will have the opportunity to learn about multiple areas of Finance and Movable Ink’s business. Over time, this member will take on ad-hoc projects to assist the Finance department to scale.

The role will be reporting to Sr. Director, Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the 13-week cash forecast
• Own all state, municipal and federal tax compliance and filing of returns
• Work with Legal department to ensure compliance with Non-Tax State filing requirements
• Maintain the company cap table in Carta
• Develop, own and manage all aspects of the credit decision and processes to ensure continued low volume of write offs.
• Work with Sales and Client Experience team to address Client allotment overages
• Responsible for working with Accounting Department to determine necessary Tax Accrual
• Manage day to day banking operations and liquidity
• Prepare and submit all compliance materials for banks and investors
• Oversee the Accounts Receivable Function
• Develop and own a controlled accounts payable process

Qualifications:

• Experience with a fast paced, growing company is a plus
• Proficient in Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience
