ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Restaurant and Billing Support
Coordinator to join our team. Working within Resy’s Finance Org, the Restaurant Billing Support
Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding front-line service and support
to our Resy restaurant partners as it relates to billing or other finance related inquiries. 
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Restaurant and Billing Support:
● Answering restaurant inquiries via email, text, phone & live chat
● Troubleshooting any issues relating to billing for Resy
● Create new products, updating accounts (credits, debit memos, write-offs), apply
payments, upgrade/downgrade/cancel accounts.
● Support the collection activities through special billing requirements and billing
reconciliation issues as well as supplying customer documentation
● Support monthly billing processes between multiple external and internal Amex teams by
auditing billing data and providing data management
● Collaborate with our Sales Organization on the structure of deals and their execution
● Providing basic support to our restaurant partners on non-billing matters and escalating
any critical issues to our Account Management team
● Working on other duties and projects as assigned
● Pull daily reports for disbursements. Log any disbursements that go directly into Resy’s
account and disburse during weekly cycle.
● Report and Resolve Payment Issues
WHO YOU ARE:

● Interest in working in a fast-paced hospitality-tech environment
● Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, a strong technological aptitude,
and the ability to stay calm under pressure
● Ability to solve-problems and to have a customer-centric view
● Mastery of Microsoft Office and MacOS
● Ability/flexibility to work global restaurant hours, including nights and weekends

BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
● Experience with Zuora
● Passion for restaurants and the hospitality industry
● Experience working at top-tier restaurants
● Working knowledge of reservation-management systems and restaurant operations
● Experience supporting technology for a SaaS business

LOCATION:

Charleston, South Carolina or New York City
