Billing Specialist
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone to join our rapidly growing team. Do you obsess over the client experience? Do you excel in cross-team collaboration? Are you someone who can solve problems and be methodical? If so, we’d like to have the opportunity to speak with you!
This role will require someone who assists our clients with all billing related questions via our support system. You will proactively work with clients to resolve billing issues including: past-due balances, subscription inquiries, billing discrepancies, and renewals.
Additionally, you will ensure all subscription modifications are updated accurately in our billing software and submit evidence for any disputed charges. You will also manage our collections outreach and assist the team in audits, ensuring that data is correct across multiple systems.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor and maintain client inquiries within our system
- Perform contract audits and verify accuracy
- Perform weekly collections outreach
- Submit evidence for disputed charges
- Assist with addendums and manage all subscription modifications
- Perform regular data integrity checks between our CRM and billing software
- Be part of any special projects within a growing team!
