What you will do:

Outbound/Inbound collections - field outbound & inbound delinquent customers calls with the objective of negotiating a payment

Skip/Trace- leverage our skip/trace tools to establish right party contact with delinquent customers

Customer Advocacy - identify member pain points and act as voice of customer to the rest of the business 

Process improvement - assist designing and improving our collections processes

What we are looking for:

- Seasoned collector with 2-3 +years of experience, ideally with unsecured products

- Strong understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Privacy Act (FDCPA)

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Experience working with an auto dialer in preview and predictive mode

- Works well under pressure in a high volume environment

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Skip/trace experience

- Smart and ambitious

- High school graduate, ideally college grad

Nice to have:

- Team leader experience

- Bilingual (Spanish & English)

- Knowledge of the e-commerce and payments landscape
