Collections Manager

What Excites You: 

• Managing and adhering to DIO, DSO, concentration limits, and credit line management
• Being responsible for debtor-facing relationships
• Communicating with debtors
• Resolving billing issues
• Resolving disputed invoices
• Communicating with outsourced vendor relations
• Cash posting and unidentified payments
• Handling high leverage collection matters such as client or debtor default
• Managing credit lines and debtor credit scoring

What Excites Us: 

• Minimum 5 years collection management experience
• Outsourced vendor relationship management
• Experience in default/workout management situations
• Call center management experience a plus
• Lending experience is a must; transportation factoring is a plus, factoring for a brokerage would be an exceptional qualifier
