As a Compensation Accountant, you will be a key member of the People Operations Team, managing payroll and benefits reconciliation processes globally. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of payroll, compensation, and benefits experts.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for global payrolls,
  • Arrange monthly reconciliation of global payroll and benefits accounts
  • Manage 401k and equity reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate with broader payroll team to understand underlying transactions and ensure proper posting.
  • Investigate monthly variances in compensation expense.
  • Identify efficiencies propose changes to existing/future-state processes.
Who You Are:
  • BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-4 years of experience in Audit or Accounting
  • Payroll operations experience a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
