Motivate is currently looking for a part-time controller to work one to two days a week to assist in developing the framework and protocols of our new business entity.

About the Role:

Design, document and maintain solid accounting policies, processes, and systems to ensure optimum control of the operations for a new independent business entity. Implement a schedule for periodic audits to ensure compliance with established policies.

About You:

This individual will be primarily responsible for the creation and documentation of accounting policies and procedures for an existing organization.  Additionally, you have a working knowledge of the internal control framework necessary for multiple business lines.
