One Drop is hiring an organized and thoughtful Controller to work within our growing NYC team in a dynamic, rapidly expanding organization. Reporting into our CFO, this person will own accounting policy and processes, statutory reporting, internal controls, transactional processes and systems implementation, SEC reporting, and auditor relationship management.

You'll make an impact by:

• Managing all accounting and reporting
• Ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Implementing P&P and transactional and accounting systems
• Implementing budget and control processes throughout the company

You'll bring:

• The highest level of integrity

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting
• A big picture perspective combined with the ability to work at a detailed level
• Deep and broad accounting operations experience
• Transactional/financial systems implementation experience




Bonus Points:

• Demonstrated experience in a the scaling up cycle for hyper growth company 
• SEC regulatory experience
• Manager level or higher at an accounting firm
• Cost accounting/manufacturing experience
• Professional accounting designation
• Health science, tech, consumer and/or e-commerce experience
• Tax experience
• International experience
